11. Parlatum Publica (TikTok Scheduling Tool)

This section applies when you use Parlatum Publica at parlatum.us/tik-tok-content-publisher, and it adds to the rest of this policy.

What we collect.

• From TikTok, when you connect your account and approve the permissions: your TikTok open ID and display name, and encrypted access and refresh tokens. We use the tokens only to publish the videos you ask us to publish. On the posting page we also read your account nickname, username, avatar and posting options from TikTok to show them to you. We do not store your avatar.
• From you: the videos you upload and, for each post, its title, privacy level, interaction and commercial content settings, scheduled time, status, and the time you confirmed it.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (strictly necessary, valid for up to 30 days) and a temporary cookie used while you sign in. Parlatum Publica does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps operational logs, such as request addresses, timestamps and error messages, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it. To sign you in, show your account, store your video temporarily, send it to TikTok at the time you choose, show you the status, keep the service secure and prevent abuse. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use your videos for any other purpose.

Who handles it. Cloudflare provides our hosting, database and file storage. TikTok receives your video and its settings only when you publish or schedule it. Tokens are encrypted when stored, and videos are kept in private storage: TikTok can download a video only through a temporary signed link while your post is being published.

How long we keep it.

• Video files: deleted as soon as the post is published or canceled. Uploads you never use are deleted after 24 hours, and videos from failed posts after 7 days at most.
• Tokens: kept while your account is connected, and deleted when you disconnect (we also revoke them on TikTok) or delete your account.
• Post history (title, settings and status): kept until you delete your account. Canceled posts are removed within a day. Sign-in sessions end when you sign out or after 30 days.

Your choices. On the Settings page you can disconnect TikTok or delete your account and all your data, including your files, at any time. You can also remove our permission from your TikTok app settings. For any other request, contact us using the details below.

Children. TikTok requires its users to be at least 13 years old. Parlatum Publica is not for children under 13.
